Shipping Policy

All orders placed with Luxarian Lines are processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days, 

subject to product availability, customization approval, and payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Metro Cities (India): 3–4 working days after dispatch
• Non-Metro Locations (India): 5–7 working days after dispatch
• International Shipments: 7–10 working days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance and local regulations)

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including logistics delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are requested to ensure that the shipping address, pin code, and contact number provided at the time of placing the order are accurate and complete to facilitate smooth delivery.

Delivery Policy

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. 

Delivery will be made to one address per order only, as confirmed during checkout.

Luxarian Lines makes every reasonable effort to deliver products within the estimated timelines. 

However, we shall not be held liable for delays, loss, or non-delivery caused due to:

• Third-party courier or logistics partners
• Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer
• Recipient unavailability
• Force majeure events including natural calamities, strikes, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseen events

In the event that a shipment is not delivered or is reported missing, an investigation will be initiated with the courier partner. Such investigations may take several working days, and no refund or replacement will be processed until the investigation is concluded.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before the order is confirmed and moved into processing, whichever is earlier.
• As most products offered by Luxarian Lines are customized or made-to-order, cancellations will not be permitted once processing has commenced.
• Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method within 7 working days.

Return & Refund Policy

Luxarian Lines allows a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

• Products must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging, along with the invoice.
• Return shipping costs shall be borne entirely by the customer.
• Products showing signs of use, damage, tampering, or missing original packaging will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
• Returns are accepted only after inspection and approval by Luxarian Lines.

Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and approved, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
