All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days from the date of order confirmation,
subject to successful payment authorization and availability of products.
Dispatch timelines may vary for customized or bulk orders
and shall be communicated to the customer at the time of order confirmation.

Other Locations (India): 5–7 working days

Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond the Company’s control.
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information,
including full address, PIN/ZIP code, and a valid mobile number. The Company shall not be liable for delays or
non-delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Orders shall be delivered to the single delivery address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.
While Luxarian Lines makes reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, we shall not be held liable
for any delay, loss, or failure in delivery caused by:
Third-party courier or logistics service providers
Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions,
pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control
In the event of non-receipt of a shipment, the Company will initiate an investigation with the logistics partner.
Such investigation may take several business days. During this period, no refund, replacement, or re-delivery shall be processed.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before order confirmation
and commencement of processing, whichever occurs earlier.
As Luxarian Lines primarily deals in customized and made-to-order products, once an order has been confirmed
and processing has begun, cancellation requests shall not be accepted under any circumstances.
The Company reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion due to reasons including but not limited
to product unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues. In such cases, a full refund shall be processed.
Approved refunds shall be processed via the original mode of payment within 7 working days from the date of approval.
Luxarian Lines shall not be responsible for delays in refund processing caused by banking institutions,
payment gateways, or third-party service providers.
Subject to the exclusions stated herein, customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for return:
The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition
Original packaging, tags, invoice, and a completed and signed Return Coupon must be included
The product must be returned at the customer’s own cost
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Products returned in a used, damaged, altered, incomplete,
or improperly packaged condition shall be rejected, and no refund shall be issued.

Products specifically marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase

This Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy
